Charles ("Chuck") H. Esserman, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, co-founded TSG Consumer Partners. Chuck has over 20 years of private equity investment experience and, together with the partners of TSG, built the first and most experienced consumer focused equity fund in the United States. Chuck oversees current and prospective portfolio investments for the firm and is Chair of the Investment Committee. Prior to TSG, Chuck was with Bain & Company, a leading management consulting company. Chuck received his BS, with top honors, in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and an MBA from Stanford, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar. He is a member of the Advisory Council at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.  |

M. Hadley ("Hadley") Mullin, Managing Director, is responsible for originating new investment opportunities, diligencing new business opportunities, structuring transactions, and working with our partner companies. Prior to joining TSG, Hadley was with Bain & Company where she worked in a variety of practice areas, including consumer products, retail, and healthcare. Her experience includes business unit strategy, sales and marketing optimization, and new product development. Hadley also worked in Bain’s private equity practice, where she conducted strategic and operational due diligence for private equity clients. Hadley received a BA, with top honors, in Government from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where she was an Arjay Miller Scholar.  |

James ("Jamie") L. O'Hara, Managing Director, oversees transaction structuring, diligence, financing and investment execution at the firm and is a member of the Investment Committee. His experience also includes business unit strategy, facility rationalization and new business development for consumer and household products companies. Jamie is a former practicing corporate and securities attorney and a former consultant at Bain & Company. At Bain, Jamie conducted strategic and operational due diligence and developed portfolio company strategy for leading private equity clients. He holds a BA in Economics and Philosophy and a JD, both from Georgetown University.  |

Alexander (“Alex”) S. Panos, Managing Director, is responsible for originating and diligencing new investments and works closely with our partner companies on strategy. He is also a member of the Investment Committee. He was formerly an investment banker at both Bear Stearns and Merrill Lynch. Alex holds a BS degree in Economics and an MBA, both from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.  |

Yasser U. Toor, Managing Director, works primarily with our partner companies on business strategy, while also focusing on the origination, diligence and structuring of new investments. Yasser was previously an investment banker with Salomon Smith Barney in New York, where he helped advise on mergers, acquisitions, and private placements. Prior to that, Yasser served as member of the corporate investment banking department at Schroder & Co. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College, where he received his BA in Economics and Computer Science.  |

Pierre LeComte, Principal, works with our partner companies on business strategy and is also responsible for originating and diligencing new investment opportunities. Pierre was formerly a Manager with Bain & Company, where he led strategic diligence teams in the private equity practice and worked across consumer goods sectors including food, household products, and durables. Prior to joining Bain, Pierre worked in brand management with Yahoo and the Nabisco Biscuit Company, managing brands such as SnackWell’s and Chips Ahoy. He also was a packaged goods and retail consultant with the New England Consulting Group, focusing on branding strategy, new product introductions, and strategic planning. Pierre holds a BS in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.  |

Brian Krumrei, Vice President, works with our partner companies and is responsible for diligence, structuring, and execution of new business opportunities. He was formerly a Director of Corporate Development at Asurion. Prior to joining Asurion, Brian worked at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. and in the Private Equity Group at Blackstone. Brian received a BS in Economics and a BAS in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated magna cum laude.  |

Robyn Lawrie Rutledge, Vice President, is responsible for originating new investment opportunities, conducting due diligence on new business opportunities, structuring transactions, and working with our partner companies. Previously, Robyn worked at Thoma Cressey Equity Partners where she focused on the consumer products and marketing services sectors. Prior to that, she was an investment banker at Goldman Sachs in the Mergers and Strategic Advisory Group. Robyn received a Bachelor of Commerce degree with First Class Honors from Queen’s University in Canada and an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where she was an Arjay Miller Scholar.  |

Jennifer Baxter, Senior Associate, works with our partner companies and is involved in structuring and diligencing new investments. Before joining TSG Consumer Partners, Jennifer was a consultant at Bain & Company where she worked in several industries, including consumer products and retail, and across multiple practice areas including brand strategy, merger integration, and organizational design. Jennifer also worked in Bain's private equity practice, where she conducted strategic and operational due diligence for private equity clients. In addition, Jennifer spent several months working in the Gap Brand strategy group. Jennifer received a dual degree in Economics and Communications from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.  |

Dan Costello, Associate, works with our partner companies and is responsible for new deal origination and diligence. Before joining TSG Consumer Partners, Dan was with Wachovia Securities, where he advised consumer and retail clients across a variety of transactions including mergers and acquisitions and debt and equity financings. He graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BS in Finance from Miami University.  |

Melis Kahya, Associate, works with our partner companies and is involved in structuring and diligencing new investments. Before joining TSG Consumer Partners, Melis worked as an investment banking analyst at JPMorgan where she focused on the consumer and retail sectors. She received a BS degree in Electrical Engineering and Economics, with distinction, from Yale University.  |

Dan Myers, Associate, works with our partner companies and is involved in new deal origination and diligence. Prior to joining TSG, Dan was with Bain & Company where he worked in a number of industries including consumer products, retail, and financial services, and across multiple practice areas including portfolio optimization, brand management, and sales force optimization. Dan also worked in the private equity group where he conducted due diligence and developed portfolio company strategy for leading private equity clients. Dan graduated with a BA in Economics from Stanford University.  |

Jeanne Plessinger Wang, Advisor, is responsible for originating new direct investment opportunities. Jeanne has 10 years of private equity investment experience primarily focused on companies in the business and consumer products and services sectors. Her experience includes originating investment opportunities, performing due diligence, structuring transactions and working with portfolio companies to maximize value. Prior to TSG, Jeanne worked at Thoma Cressey Equity Partners and McCown De Leeuw & Co., both private equity firms that had over $1 billion of capital under management. Jeanne was also previously an investment banker for BT Securities where she helped advise on mergers and acquisitions and debt and equity financings. She holds a BS in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where she graduated magna cum laude.  |
